john is a photographer friend, and i admit i was a immediately nervous when he asked me to do maternity photos for him and nat. it’s silly stupid, but photographing photographers is just about the scariest thing i can think of! of course i shouldn’t have worried at all. john is super laid back and was prepared with several ideas {which i loved}, and nat was just as sweet as could be! i can only pray that i’ll be as pretty pregnant as she is.
ps – john and nat have decided to let the baby’s sex be a surprise! so, his sister is the one who nicknamed the babe dwayne wayne payne. too cute!
the laughter was contagious!
these are the film images that round out the gainor family session. i set out to shoot film and digital so i could make comparisons of the two formats, and film won out for me. these are direct scans – no editing on my part {that alone makes my heart smile}.
